Its a dangerous thing to rank forum members, it causes all sorts of problems.

If you wish to list yourself as a Aq-C old school, then your signature is the best place for that.

I am on other forums that have a rep scoring system, its disadvantaged to new members.

The post count is enough to distinguish between regular users, plus we all know the die hard Aq-C forum users are...........yourself included Bruce

i know i am leading the way with posts, but i for one would even be a fan of getting rid of post counts, it doesnt bother me greatly, but i certainly dont check it very often, or sit here thinking "i am winning"

the problem with some of this ranking and stuff it enourages people to virtually spam the forum.

Hell, i can post like a madman, but you will generally find it's with a purpose?

Tell me it's for a purpose LOL

i have to agree with the others on this bruce! just because someone has posted 100's does'nt mean they will give better advice than some who only post a few times!

its not a competition

ok when do we change the name of this site to "FRY LOVERS FISH SHED?!

DR and Telboy, thanks for your balancing comments - ranks would be a problem as it encourages members to post rubbish to attain ratings.
