Default Computer Question please

Is there a way i can find out what Graphics card / video card my PC has in it?

I am thinking about ordering a game for my son, but i dont want to waste my money, as i am not sure if my PC will support the game, i havent done a lot of gaming on my Dell PC, and i am aware that if your PC doesnt have a good enough graphics card it doesnt matter about your Ram or processor speed, the game will be messed up

Does this make sense?

Is a graphics card / video card the same thing?

The game is Resident Evil 4 on a PC

My PC is a Dell, 1.25GB ram (i upgraded from 256mb), 80gb hard drive, 2.80ghz processor (Penium 4), computer is about 5 years old.

But like i said, its the specs of the graphics card that i think is important for arcade type PC games?

Please advise!
