Default advice for posting video clips

I've worked out how to shoot clips on my digi cam, i have done one and downloaded it to my PC, its 35 seconds long.

Trouble is, it's 11.3MB big, i guess this is way to big to upload to photo-bucket right?

I could try some different settings.

For about 20-30 secs of action, how big a file size i am aiming for if i want to upload it on here?
