I got an email from Paypal to say that some charges are being dropped from July 9th.
Is there any truth in this? or is it spam?

paypal have sent me nothing ( would have thought we would all have one, if it was geniune .)

The email looked genuine, no linky that you normally see in spam emails.

It mentioned about clause 8 and clause 12:

'Paypal will not charge a recipient (regardless of account type) of a Paypal payment, if that payment was funded by the sender's bank account or Paypal balance and it is designated as a personal payment'



hmmm will have to contact them

i had the same email, if ya worried why not go to ya paypal acct + send em a letter asking if its genuine?
