Sorry to hear that.
Are you sure all the fish are gone, and not just hiding? If a heron has visited, any survivors will be very shy and probably hiding under plants or at the bottom. My fish have not seen a heron for about a year and they still hide under things.
There are always free fish offered in the Goldfish, Koi and Ponds section of this site.

If you get more fish, make sure the pond is covered so the heron is unable to get at them.
