Maybe I can help with the stocklist:

2x Silver Sharks
1x Tropheus Duboisi
1x Cyphotilapia Frontosa 'Burundi'
1x Nimbochromis Livingstonii
1x Pseudotropheus Acei 'Ngara'
1x Altolamprogus Compressiceps (I think we decided on )
1x Metriaclima Estherae
1x Protomelas Taeniolatus - Maybe, can't see too well.
1x Pseudotropheus Zebra 'Cobalt Blue'????
and 1x Mbuna that I can't think of the name of Not too good on Mbuna.

Perhaps Fry Lover may know, he keeps Mbuna. It's the little yellow one with black stripes. Just can't think of it

i'm still learning mate when it comes to ID for any Mbuna.

not sure about the yellow one.

I have a similar one to the blue and it was sold as Pseudotrophues Zebra and that was it.

Lovely Acei.

My only concern with the mix would be the silver sharks but as they are not territorial they won't compete for space plus they are faster than all the other fish in there. How do the sharks do with the high PH? Have you ever had any problems or have the cichlids adapted to a lower ph.

I am one for mixing lots of fish together but I only do it from similar localities or water chemistry.

This is the list of fish I currently have in a 100 gallon tank:

10 Congo tetras 2-3"
6 clipterus barbs 2"
3 garra 2"
1 Syno decorus 10-12"
1 hemisyno membranaceus 8-9"
1 syno angelica 7"
1 syno punctifer 7"
1 syno notatus/ocellifer/congicus 5-6"(not sure of the ID on this fish had it for over 15 years though)
1 syno robbianus 3-4"
1 syno alberti 3-4"
1 Asian upside down cat 5-6"
3 Chrysichthys 5-7" (possibly gracilis these are monsters that I misidentified in a shop) they are being carefully monitored
1 Heros notatus 7"
1 Oreochromis mossambicus 7-8"
1 common plec 8-9"
1 royal plec 5-6"
1 unknown plec 4-5" now fat and heathy after finding it thinning in a bare shop tank.
3 distichodus affinis 4-5"
1 Euchilichthys boulengeri 5-6" (very rare find had been looking for this beasty for months)

I think thats it, its quite a mix and all fish are healthy bar one callipterus barb that has what I believe is a tumour but it is not bothered by it so I leave it to it.

This is a lot of fish but it should be noted that I carry out 2-3 partial water changes a week and the tanks are filtered by a system that can cope with a set up of about 400 gallons.

The fish have been selected because they are generally very peaceful and non predatory the asian upside down cat and the chrysichthys are clear exceptions to this rule though if I ever get problems from them they will be rehomed.

I think one of the reasons I don't have territorial issues with the synos is down to the fact that I have so much junk in the tank that they can all hide where they pretty much want without having a dispute most of the catfish I have had for over 10 years some as many as 15 years.

I or sue have had no aggression at all , with this mix, and they all get on fine and as jessica sarrah said, they are all happy and healthy( if any aggression did occur ,they can be moved to another tank within 20 minutes ) sue is currently running her tank with a ph of around 7.5 and they are all fine with it .as I am no good at remembering names alan, it is going to take me some time to look up all your fish, but I am looking forward to it .
