Its possible he could be going in the next year....we are thinking of upgrading the tank, changing the substrate to sand and just having our arowana, fire eel, dat and maybe a stingray.

upgrading the tank to what size?

im all for sand instead of gravel, have just gone bare bottom on two of my tanks but did consider sand.


you cant get rid of that plec, he's a real beauty!

Hehe i heard about you going bare bottom in your other possible employment, upgrading the tank is a completely different story, we do eventually want to take the chimney breast out and have a 12 footer but thats in the future!

For now we are just thinking about changing the layout of the tank and the fish in there, if you like the plec that much we will hold him for you but you have to come and collect when we do the changeover!
