Also I feed my crix mainly cucumber (great source of water - more so than lettuce) remember the crix will be dehydrated anyway as they aren't fed anything nevermind given water when shipped out and in pet shops. I also feed tomato which they love.

These foods are also much better to gut-load your crickets before feeding to your fish as remember lettuce has no nutritional value.
