Hi everybody,

I am going to be setting up a tank for discus in the next couple of weeks, Once the tank is up and runing I will not be adding the fish for 4-6 weeks as I want the plants in the tank to be settled and established. Ideally I would like to see good plant growth in the tank.

Can anyone recomend what available substrate or methods are best for acheving good plant growth??

And what lighting for plant growth would you suggest??
