Best Thermometer

Hi guys (& gals)
Anyone tell me which in their opinion is the best and most accurate thermometer on the market.
I have tried the LC digital stick on ones which dont seem to give an accurate reading and the glass ones i cant even read now i am getting old lol
So any info appreciated
