Default Re-Done my Malawi set-up

Well last night i moved it all about!

This is what it was like before

It wasn't so much the mixed colour effect that was the problem, i quite liked it, although i know from different forums i use the feedback was mixed! I decided on a change as i was a fed up of seeing the filter out-lets and in-lets plus the internal at the side's of the tank, and by having a centre-peice "middle" stack of rocks that's what happened.

So i changed it so there is a big pile of ocean rock at the side's and lava rock in the middle. I still went with the slate look at the front of the tank, as i have found this a great place for fry to hide-out in, and i like the look anyway.

Here it is, as of tonight

Going to post a few video clips, when they finally up-load

I should point out for those that don't know, there are a small number of "non malawi" fish as well.

Looking good, prefer it now. The end of the video is cheerful "I heard that life is over-rated".

This is my male Greshakei, if you watch carefully at the end of the clip, you will see him trying to entice a female into the cave, he's been doing that all evening, there are two female's in the set-up with him and they are quite prolific spawners in this tank. When he's spawning he's the most aggressive fish in the tank, but even then, no damage is usually done. The only fish he doesn't mess with ever, is my big male Red Zebra.

I am not quite sure of the ID of this young fish, any help?

Sold to me about 6-8 weeks ago as a Blue Cobalt, which it is not apparently.

Also in the clip you will see a young Red Top Hongi (very beginning of clip), a baby Acei (born in the tank) and also a hybrid Julie (born in the tank).

Here is my largest Acei (only about 3" mind you), but i am sure he is the father of un-told amounts of baby Acei in my tank. He rivals the Greshaki in being the most randy fish in the tank!

The song is the background does not reflect my feelings for this fish!

What a lovely set up, the rock formation really bring the fish out in all their glory.

Thank you my dear Fishie Fingers

Here are a couple of more clips, the first is a slightly longer one, nothing exciting really, just munching some lettuce!

The 2nd clip i wondered if any Malawi knowledgeable peeps wanted to take a stab at what the fry is?

I can pretty much tell the Acei, Red Zebra and Fuelleborni fry when i see them, i was wondering if this fry was a Greshaki?

Except the fish listed the above, the other fish that may be responsible in the tank are various Pseudotropheus Zebra's, thoughts?
