I have seen in my local tropical fish shop, some dwarf Algae eaters, they look like catfish, and are light brown with black spots a bit like a jaguar. They move about very quickly and seem very friendly. They were in with some mollies. Thanks

Could be Chinese Algae Eaters. Those look very similar to some catfish, but they are not catfish and are not suitable for keeping with some other fish, such as Goldfish and Mollies. They will attach to the sides of the fish and eat into them.

Lots of possibilities, many plecs have black spots, but the fact you say they move quickly suggests that they are loaches. The only way to really be sure is with a photo.
