Default Best Overall Algae Eater

Okay guys, i have jsut developed a slight algae problem and i thought that i would address the situation sooner than later. I have bought some flourish excel which i have heard that this provides a source of carbon for plants and goes along well thing CO2 injection, but i also heard that it kills algae. What are ya'lls thought on this. I also was wanting to know what was the best overal algae eater(eats the most and varies different types of algae) out there, would it be a siamese algae eater or something else and some websites i could buy them off of.

I would say value for money and right little work horses are the Bristle nose plec!

carefull because there are two types of siamese algae eaters if i remember ones called siamese flying fox .

one eats most algae and the other eats almost none!

im sure i had the siamese flying fox its black stripe continues through the tail ( beautiful fish though got agressive when older )

what is your planned comunity tank fish selection ?

Siamese algae eaters get my vote, great at eating algae and are great in a wee shoal, but as people are saying, make sure you know what it looks like in comparison with flying foxes, very similar, but totally different temperaments and eating habits.
