yeh mine was 260 once, but every other time its been 200-220 thats why i thought i would ask you to check

you water is slightly harder than mine, but not by much, have you tried to get the readings from your water board, they do them on the PFK site, i'll have a look now

this is probably 1-2 yrs old though, but it seems to fit your readings
