do you use tap water? if so are there any rd works close to you? it may be the water has been contaminated from source? do you use dechlorinater? maybe with ick meds + dechlorinater could have been a reaction? can you get to a LFS that does RO? if so go + get enough to do a 50% WC add another airpump if poss'
