The fish with the pink edging to the fins is a male mozambique tilapia (Oreochromis mossambicus).

I think I have narrowed down the id of the catfish with the help of the PFK forum I'm pretty sure it is a lake tanganyka Chrysichthys possibly brachynema unfortunatley they can get quite big.

Just over 2 foot, the fish I thought it was would have topped out at about 8".

Poo is the only comment to do this situation justice really I will have to concede that at some point I will probably have to rehome all three! Until that point though I will look after them as best I can and work on the tropical pond that I want. This is dependant on her in doors!
