If your tanks aint drilled i wouldnt bother with swimming pool pump get some sponge filters and a decent size air pump like a koi air 65 or something the only down side to this is water changes are an absolute nightmare . Consider getting your tanks drilled or buy yourself a diamond glass drill and do it yourself you can buy them on ebay and get full instructions with them . Swimming pool pumps use stupid amounts of electric so consider an ocean runner 6500 you can pick them up for £50 second hand alternatively get a couple of second hand pond pumps if your going to be keeping fresh water fish.
