thank you robert , at the moment the vampire tang is teaching the regal tang I had in the reef tank, how to be a tang I had the regal as a half inch baby , and he thought he was a clownfish lol he used to do the clowns head in barging in between them trying to be one of the gang ,and they hated him but he kept on trying anyway , now hes starting to act like a tang
as for the clown wrasse I had never seen a baby at any of my lfs's, so when I saw him I had to have him, I was going to put him in the sump origonally but after some deliberation and because of his posionous do not touch colour decided to try him in with the big boys and they totally ignore him ,and he just goes around swimming amongst them, totally unconcerned

your tank is 6 ft isnt it ? if so a clown wrasse will be fine in there , they are supposed to grow to a maximum of between 15 and 18 inches in the wild , though mine was an adult and barely reached six in captivity, never grew at all in the two years I had him , so who knows .they can be a bit boistrous ,he will be fine with your triggers, and as long as your clowns learn to keep out of his way at feeding time, should be fine with them to,- easy to feed (they will eat anything offered , the only drawback is they will bury themselves every night, like all wrasses , and if something frightens them , so make sure you have a nice deep sandbed for them . and that your rock is secure Eg no sand under the rock or you could have a cave in as he goes under the sand ,apart from that what a fantastic fish to observe and a very friendly inquisitive individual .
