Default pics and advice please???

hi guys after seeing slash's tank i would love to see some of your set ups so please could you post some pics and tell me how long they have been running and estimated cost??
Also think some of the other surfers on here would like to see and know!!!

11 clown loach(2"- 8") ... 12 corys
1 x 6" royal plec ... 2 featherfins
bettas, rummy noses, gouramis, spotted talking catfish.. all for sale plus 6ft tank and cabinet full set up the lot for £300

Nice tank!!!

Love the huge Rabbit Fish in the middle, hes funky.

Did you put all your tangs in together? I'm abit worried about putting more in incase my other fight with it.

thanks for the link Mick your tank is with out a doubt stunning! i went to my lfs today and was talking to them they said i could probably get started for what i think is a reasonable price so we will have to wait and see! need to do loads of homework on it first!

thanks guys.the key to reef keeping is research and dont be afraid to ask,if it stops one disaster its worth it.you can set up a smallish tank for a minimal outlay(if you go second hand)but remember buy the best equipment you can afford,buy cheap buy twice,trust me i found out the hard way,a good quality second hand skimmer is better than a low quality new one,deltec=top quality,so a second hand apf600 with feed pump can be had for £120 usually,the cheap ebay ones arent worth the box they come in,tqake your time build up your equipment then set out building your reef,regards mikk

i put mine in in two sets of 2 but took one out as i didnt want to overcrowd.a few minor squabbles but nothing major,hth mikk
