Yeah I thought that might be the case. Sounds to me like a very expensive way to feed a Lionfish......

at £4.00 each they are not that bad (if you really want them and want to take a gamble ) I would put some in when the lionfish is smaller than them, you will have some time then , before he will be big enough to bother them ween him onto frozen and you may have no problem ? they will normally try to eat any thing smaller than thier heads. you will soon know if it is time to get rid of them, if you lose a fish . and he swims around the tank with a big smirk on his face ,and a nice fat lump in his belly lol.

IMO, that should just about be ok but that would be your lot. Be very careful with Regal Tangs though as they are extremly prone to whitespot and I would recommend qurantining them if poss and treated with copper. Whitespot is a lot more serious in a marine tank and lots of people have had their whole tank wiped out by it in a matter of days.

as long as you get a 4ft sump as well, and take your time stocking, you should be fine

Pretty much the bigger the better! A new sump is very needed on our tank. Due to how the stand is built and because it wasn't thought through very well, the 8ft'er only has a 3ft x 1ft x 1ft

Hoping to change it over to two 40" x 18" x 18" if possible.

Glad to hear the Triggers are getting on well
