I haven't known of any Triggers breed in captivity I don't think. You well be doing well to get any fish to breed in a tank. Probably over 90% (at a guess) of fish are wild caught as they are very hard to breed and its even harder to raise fry.
We have Maroon Clowns that lay eggs pretty much every 2weeks and the Pyjama Cardinal are always holding eggs. Did try to raise some clowns a few times but its too expensive, too much hassle with little to no results.

Just had a quick look and they reckon 98%, yes 98% of all marine fish and inverts are captured from the wild. When you think of it, its quite sad really that the Coral Beauty in my tank was once swimming around, minding its own buisness in the Pacific Ocean and now its in a 1000L fish tank in Milton Keynes.
