sounds like it's just not meant to be lol
i am stumped as 180 litres is basically not a big volume of water and 300W should cook that tank up nice to your desired temp lol
I never go by readings on the heater (temp), i dont think i have ever owned a heater that operates to what it gets "set" at.
I take it you have kept turning the dial up on the heater and still cant get it past 30?
If you have just set the temp for something and not getting that temp, then welcome to the world of aquatic heaters!!!
