i agree with slash youve added the fish far too early did ya fish shop tell you this would be ok? if so dont go there again... what filter do you have? also you say the angel "is spinning backwards" do you have a powerhead that the fish maybe getting stuck in its flow? if not sounds like the fish has suc***bed to new tank syndrome ie been poisoned by excessive ammonia,nitrites etc...test ya water see what that showsby the way, angels dont stay cute little fishie wishies for long, when full grown their body alone is appx the size of a side plate so not suitable for such a small tank
