I sent an email sometime ago, Tim said he would be getting a certain type that I was after. I sent another email just after the SVC scare, requesting an order. Havent heard back, that was weeks ago. :?
The cost of delivery can't be avoided, after you offset the delivery charge, they're around the same price as the LFS.

TBH I dont think so, I asked about paying by cheque, I was thinking the SVC thing was halting all imports. Tim is a breeder as well as a supplier, at least thats what I was told.

No Tim is legit - and a is really keen goldfish hobbyist as well. I met him when he dropped over some really nice blue calico ranchu (plus some other fancies such as gold and white ranchu and celestials). The fish were really good. They are not show quality, you need to go to a specialist breeder to get those, but soke of them are very good fish.

All mine have been healthy, for a few weeks now.

Tim is one of those guys who loves his fish. He is a wholesaler, but especially enjoys supplying hobbyists.

The blue calico ranchu are young ones, about 2" body length, but amongs the ones purchased, 3 of them have a striking light blue colouration. Looking forward to them developing their ranchu hoods in the months ahead.

Tim is planning to import some veiltails. And he apparently has a source of black ranchu (rare in the UK). I am drooling already.

I saw some black ranchu for sale just a few days ago in Maidenhead Aquatics in Crews Hill. I don't know if they keep their colour though.
