Try salt as this is what we do with the koi that have swim bladder conditions

i feed my fancys flakes am i doin the wrong thing lukly my fish havnt sufferd with swim bladder i ocasionaly feed thm bloodowrm i used to feed them peas but they never seemed intrested :/

If you find that feeding flake does not cause any problems then continue to do so. The swim bladder problem tends to show more in mature fish. Are you feeding any other foods?

In that case I would stick with what you have been feeding, possibly vary the diet a little as a treat.

I find the Tetra granules are the best dried food for goldfish. There are some Tetra sinking granules for fancy goldfish. They are nutritionally very good and the fish love them.
