you should also be looking at replacing that 18" tank too within the next few months its far too small for the fish you have

Theres not much i can do at the moment, did you read what i said earlier about them not being koi, anyway the tank and the filter will have to do for now, i'll just try and sort the water out and keep it as clean as i can eh. I really appreiciate all this advice, and Tina ive been on freecycle looking and hopfully a lad will get back to me with a fish tank and light and filter, as it will be a few weeks before i can buy a decent size one.

Hey i have just had a quick look on ebay for you, i hope i have the right area eccles near salford manchester -right?
you can get a 3ft tank and filter for about £30 hope it helps x x

PS:You could always put a advert asking for a cheap/free tank on the wanted area on this website?
