If the water hadn't cycled properly and you added 20 fish it's going to play up with your parims. It's just general knowledge! Especially if your new to ponds or keeping fish altogether! As we all know!
To the OP - Yep you've cleared up some questions. As Merlin says though sometimes what is within the 'ideal' range isn't ideal. Your water may be ok, but post them parims up so we can help you further!
I just didn't want you to make the same mistake we ALL have done at some stage or another, saying the water is OK when we don't really know or think it could be something else, as its very common and unfortunately often a contribruting factor! I know I learned the hard way as did many others, just how much water parims can effect your fish, even if slightly off or on the high end, and after all, we are here to help you and your fish!!!!
Best of luck with the pond.
