Go with eheim but if you are worried about omph go for the model above that necessary for you tank.

Personally after my experience with fluvals I will not touch them again I have had tank wipeouts thanks to jammed impellors and warped impellor housings as well as spontaneous leaks that cannot be fixed pressumably due to wear in the housing meaning it can't clampdown effectively I can't comment on the FX5 but I would not trust an eheim as far as I could throw one. Just my opinion though.

check ebay you may be able to pick up a bargain I just bought an eheim aquarium plus an eheim 2222 plus a jagar heater all for £100 there are bargains out there.
