i disagree, i think you could have it 50-75% full of water and then still sort the brace out as you go.

you have't answered my PM about front or back of tank, as then we might be able to work out if its been like this all this time or its a new development.

obviously to be completely safe you will drain it, but if its been like that all this time i had the tank, it's the same philosophy as not crossing the road in case you get hit by a bus!

I still say fix / work on the brace though
