thanks for that telboy....i am getting the 5ft tank all set up properly first, and am getting a deltec 600 skimmer plus liverock and i have a large eheim external and will get another external too, my LFS sells salted RO water so i will be buying the water from there, money is not a huge issue and neither is patience...but tbh Triggers are what spurred me in to marine so i dont really want to be settling for other fish only to have to keep getting rid of them etc, i have done a lot of reading up and am continuing to do so and from what i have read and seen and heard... on the whole as long as the water is good and i stay on top of things triggers (particularly picassos) are very hardy fish, more so than a lot of other marines.....i already have a small tank set up (borrowed from my bro) that i have a baby (around 3in) picasso in and so far so good with him, he is eating well and seems a picture of health, being so small i have plenty of time to get the 5ft tank up and running and matured properly before adding him.
