Fish house looks amazing!! Sorry to hear about the crap with the Council, I too would rather buy from breeders than the lfs every time, infact I have 17 fish over 3 tanks, only 6 have come from various lfs. I don't know the laws of the matter, but is there noway you could trade fish, like swapping for example? I too would be interested if you were able to get rid of fry, like the Uaru for example.
