Thats exactly what I've done now to be honest. So off to get a new air stone and some stone for the bottom tomorrow and I'll fire it up. Hopefully everything will work, I bought all new filters and a new pump (needed new shaft adn impeller and there wasn't much difference between that and teh whole thing so I bought it all to be sure). So fingers crossed I'll be able to add a couple of fish before too long.

Oh and yes it does seem that hagen are now Fluval because all the new parts have fluval on them.
