Default Discus starting to perk up

I have moved my 5" red pigeon discus into a smaller tank 4ft. They seem much happier in there and are nibbling at foods. I think the large expanse of the 6ft tank may of spooked them a bit. The 4ft has lots of plants in there and I think they feel safer. They now even come to the front of the tank to see me.

Maybe there is still 'hope for me' in mastering discus keeping.

Good news. Have you had a think about long term tank mates yet?
