what master fry even better than your photographed tank set up !

the babys are getting their tank cleaned every evening just a quick syphon and a top up= around half builders bucket a day 2.5 gal or 7 litres.i only have my tank half filled to keep them close to parents .Im due their food ariving tomorow ......oh happy days!

the food arived today so tonight i have made a brinshrimp hatcher using
2 x 500ml pasta sauce jars
2 x airline taps
airline
airpump

im trying the sachet with salt mixed and im using half sachet tonight and then use the other half aproximatly a day later in the second jar. i think this will give a even hatch.
as i dont have many fry to feed i think it will be ok ....and just incase i mess this hatching lark up i got some de-capsulated Brine shrimp eggs to feed dry!


the fry are growing at a awsome rate and venture away from mum & dad!

i have noticed that dad is getting grumpy with mum as the fry like her the best and he wants them on him......( guess hes the modern day dad)

proper little tiddlers now robert , and I see what you mean about them, preferring mam. dad didn't get a look in , lol.

yeh grandad they are right little mumys boys/girls!

infact dad has been pecking mum quite hard on her side im sure you can see the marks on her side in the small photo.....mouth marks as i dont think the fry are biting them real hard just yet. i think its only marks on her slime/milk/mucus
