yeh i know what you mean .

we have had a offer acepted on a house across the road from where we rent,so i will not be drinking as i will have mega expences to pay!.....not going to save much from not drinking as i dont realy drink myself......im a once in a blue moon man!

we knocked them down from 143,000 to 131,000 its a nice 3 bed house in a row .......will be working overtime and weekends to pay it back

I'm on the beer again lads

As for getting on the property ladder, i am single, renting at the moment and live in London so it doesn't apply to me (i.e. i can't do it)

I might rent a room at Telboys and try and save up for a deposit
