Riding a bike...
I haven't rode a bike in years.
Usually I run at night, but thought about trying a bike, so I bought one today.
Went for a ride just now, and wow I felt like a little lad again tearing up the roads!
I forgot how great cycling was! Have we got any other cyclists on here?

You travelled far, did you end up in the Nevada desert?
As much as I enjoy driving, engines and other mechanical stuff........... Cycling is the best form of transport. Its a good way to stay in shape, easier on the joints than running.
Plus it doesn't have to be hard going workout, a meander up the local towpath park or coastal path is a good way to relax.
I wouldn't advise cycling on roads unless you got a good cycle network' motorists don't have time for cyclists.
