Amen to that Tina, people don't realize about the needs of certain animals. No offense to you short4jcat but what bothers me is the people who breed and sell such animals, they have no concern or regard for who their selling these animals to or what conditions/care the animal will receive.
I don't know your cir***stances but capuchins in their natural habitat live together in groups of 6 upwards..Then your always gonna have the alpha male and alpha female, so the enclosure needs to be big of they will fight amongst each other lots. Also their not vegetarians, so they need a really varied diet insects, eggs etc..
It's a whole lot of maintenance and seeing how cold our winters are, these guys are native to hot climates,, so you'd need indoor space for these guys also..
