Default My 81% Mbuna Set-Up

81% of fish are Mbuna, not that i am counting

Had this set-up going for a while now, it's pretty stable, no new additions in many months, but lots of breeding and a lot of fry are now in the 1" size. Most of the fry are Acei, but there is also some Red Zebra, Greshaki and Fuelleborni fry and no doubt some hybrid's too.

The tank is 48x20x24 and holds about 300 litres when full. Filtration is x2 Eheim 2028's and x1 Fluval 4+ internal (just to increase the flow really).

The changes i have made recently are experimenting with fake plants in the tank, i also have one real Onion plant in there, so far i quite like the look. I also have some moss balls packed in beneath some of the lava rock.

These are the fish in the tank

Mbuna
Labidochromis Caeruleus
Pseudotropheus Zebra (Blue)
Maylandia Estherae
Pseudotropheus sp. "Acei" (Ngara)
Metriaclima Greshakei
Labeotropheus Fuelleborni
OB Zebra
Red Top Hongi
Metriaclima Callainos (Albino)
Pseudotropheus Elongatus

Non-Mbuna
Copadichromis Borleyi
Chinese Algae Eater
Neolamprologus Meeli
Julidochromis Dickfeldi
Neolamprologus Tretocephalus

The first lot of attachments are pictures, then the video clips

Excellent footage mate!! What camera are you using? Clearest footage I've ever seen.

Lovely selection of fish there.

I'm envious
