Default My Beardy

My viv is sat at a constant temp of 80 degrees, and 100 ish on his basking spot.

Do i need to make it cooler than 80 at night and hotter than 80 in daytime or is the temp pretty much what they need?

i have 2 heat pads on the back and a 18 inch tube, but the heaters are never on due to the light providing the heat.

when i kept and bred beardies i aimed for a cool end of 75f and then at the hot end (under the basking light) then at night just turned the basking light off ...the big temp diff from end to end helps them have the varying temps inbetween to thermo-regulate
