Default Juwel tanks 2 pin plug?

i know you peeps have more experience than me on Juwel brand. well i picked up a e-bay tank the other week and stuck it into storage untill after my holiday.
had a quick peek at it the other day and see its got 2 pin round plug's ?

not had a close look so cant remember what or where its conected to .

where are these plugs to pluh into ? the hood perhaps ?

any info would be helpfull

Hi Rob,

Do you mean sockets or plugs?
If they are sockets they are probably for your lights or the inbuilt filter, (which a lot of people remove), the lights fittings should be in the hood.
If they are plugs one end should still end up in the tank attached to summat. lights/filter?
If they are plugs you can get an adapter at Boots for European plugs to convert to UK, or cut them off and use a normal UK plug.

Thanks Dave!

It looked like plug's possably for the heater or lights. i will have a look later
all i will realy use is the lights and i would probably hotwire them into a timer.
