Default Part missing from my tropiquarium?

Hi,

I used to run a tropiquarium 88 for a while then as the fish started to eventually die off I did not replenish it and once it was empty of fish I drained it and put it into storage. I'm in a new house now and have a perfect spot to set it back up. I've re-ordered all the filter material etc that I need to get it back up and running. While cleaning it I noticed a few things had gone walkies. One of the things I've noticed that I can seem to get a replacement for is a hollow tube that used to go from the bottom of the pump head down into the bottom of the biolife casing. I can't find a spare part number for that anywhere. I'm assuming it served a sensible purpose when it was there (a guess it made the pump suck from the bottom of the tank rather than just from the surface). Does anybody have one of these spare or know where I can get one? What difference will there be if I can't get one? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks
Pod

Thanks for the welcome, I'll be honest I can't remember what it was like but that sounds about rite. As for the model I think it's a biolife 55 from a tropiquarium 88.

it's attached to the bottom of the 13910 (impeller cover) I think it's 13906 (number bit blured) the intake stem. Can't seem to find one anywhere.

no, didn't realise you could. Says to locate a local dealer so I assumed they only sold through dealers.
I'll try and give them a call now :d
