do yall think this would be a good light for a 48 inch 55 gallon tank to grow some plants with if i am correct this gives me 108 watts of light putting me right under 2watts per gallon. Would this be a good affordable choice

hello mate, i am not sure if its a good choice, not familiar with T'5 at all to be hnoest.

definitly a good lighting level, at 2 WPG, get lots of fast growing plants or might have algae issue.
