Has anyone used this company before???? I have been waiting a week for a filter head i ordered.... An have contacted them numerous times but no answer from emails or telephone....

I have just been contacted by them... It is out of stock! An the number i have been trying to ring has changed!! LOL

From the minute they contacted me the service was unbelieveable, they went and took a brand new one out of an aquarium package. After that part of the service i would highly reccomend them an there prices are cheap!!!
