Help Me Please!
hi folks, does anyone know where i can get an impeller shaft for a fluval 405,wildwoods tried to charge me £7.99 for one but i thought id try online to save a couple pooonds, but cant find one! tell a lie, found one on fethre n fins cheap but want nearly £5 postage  are they mad?

dont know if this will work for you tel? but my impeller shaft broke on my ehiem so I cut down a ****tail stick , and put that in, lasted about 2 months then I cut down a cotten bud plastic stick still going after three months.
(never have got round to buying a new one,lol.

ive tried that grandad but no good mate, gonna try a wire hanger later see if that works till i can get a proper one! cheers anyway

tel if you've got a wilko's near or garden centre try using fence wire, its the heaviest gauge, doesnt last long but might get you out of trouble.

my aunt gave me a fluval 203 with a broken shaft ,still got it 4 sum reason u think i can fix it??

tell i take it the sharft is a separet bit if it is send it to me il make 1 out of st st im thinking its probly 3-4mm dia and 50mm long st st last 4 ever mate

You can buy them from Hagen directly its the cheapest way to do it. Personally though I would bin it and get an eheim!!!!!!

bin it are you mad, 405 is the best filter ive had, eheims are over priced + over rated, and nowhere as efficient as fluvals although saying that hagen dont have replacement shafts for the 405 on their website
