can anyone recommend a good quality flake food for marine fish

theres a few available, i used to use ocean nutrition 1,2 + brineshrimp flake + premium...tub of each mixed up in a big container...fish loved it check it out on ebay do it cheap on there

lol @ doughnuts thats a classic american chain worth i fortune i wish lol good advice on the whitebaits for the anemones m8 fantastic watching them eat

I use new era flake, You buy 3 different tubs and use them at certain times over a 2 month period (chart supplied) my fish love it All I add then is some nori seaweed for my tang
