Seems a lot of fish for a 300ltr tank ? I'm sure everyone would like to Know what fish you have, and their sizes, before commenting on how much to feed them.

As Grandad says, could you please let us know what fish and size they are, as you sound (are) very over stocked.

As i have less fish than that in a 2000L plus system

when i had my marines i used to feed flake in the morning before going to work, then 1.5 cubes frozen about 8.00pm...the general census on all reef forums is 4-5 times a day but small servings! as the old man suggested, it depends on what fish + their size!

well thats to many fish for such a small tank (still don't know the size of the fish) I personally would give them new era flake in the morning and evening and leave out the frozen altogether. (only feed mine flake and thier fine) also add some dried seaweed daily for the tangs. dont forget what goes in has got to come out, (also I definitely would not contemplate adding the tang you wanted off your mate ) What size skimmer have you got?.

also with that amount of fish in there, I would be doing tests on the water every couple of days, and very regular water changes.

Default Fish i've got

Hi Grandad I've got a turbofloter 1000 multi sl. The regals grown 2 about 4 to 5 inch. He's the biggest. All tests are ok but nitrates are sky high!!!! I'm in the process of starting a nitrateductor 400 with all the gagets. Only thing is that one of the clips has broke and when i checked my spares they all had airline cracks!!!!! God knows how long it i'll take to come???? As my mv computer took 3 weeks and by the time i started the ND 400 up the balls had gone the other way putting more nitrates in than out!!!!! I Know its overstocked but love the fish to much as they all have different charactors!!! Also i'm using one of the aquaone uv cannister filters filled with L/R rubble and alfagrog as telboy advised me.

right dave ,your skimmer is excellent (got one myself on my new tank)until your nitrateducter is up and running efficiently.I would change at least 30%of your aquarium water to start, and then at least 25% of your aquarium water every 2to 3 days and reduce your feeding ( this will bring your nitrates down , keep monotoring you nitrates, you have got a lot of fish in their so dont expect miracles (but this should keep them alive) also if funds permit have a look at( www.onlinequariumstore.com) aquamarine nitrate reducer this product will drop your nitrates to a safe level and keep it there for a couple of weeks, keep us informed. ps dont buy that tang.
