tragedy yesterday the frozen food did not arrive as promised

e mailed ruto no response yesterday
had an email this morning saying the shippers failed to deliver any yesterday and that they were now all ruined .
they said their apologies and said they would post replacements for delivery on tuesday ,

ten minutes later a delivery driver knocks at the door with my thawed out fishfood saying (they had hired a driver yesterday that they had now sacked ) because he only delivered six parcels , I refused the soggyparcel and will wait for the new one on tuesday

thanks sidtom , in all fairness, the email was there saturday morning, before the deliveryman , so I was in no doubt about refusing delivery

if it had got there after, it probably would have been a different story
