hi all ok i just got my pond up and running i have put some little koi and one big koi and a goldon elf i also have some big gold fish that i got from a friend . i just looked in the pond and theres hundreds of little fish lol and i dont no what to do ... do i take them out ................ will the fish eat them if i dont ......... or will they just be ok left as they are HELP plz lol :-)

Congratulations on the babys!

By the sounds of what stock you have the fry will be goldfish.

If you want most of them to survive you could move them into a separate tank or holding area. A black dustbin works well if its new and clean, just get a little filter running in there and you can grow them safely in there till they get a big bigger.

Personally if it were me, cos there's hundreds of fry. I'd leave them in there and let them take their chances. You'll lose a lot but some will survive. After all what are you gonna do with 100's of goldies
