Default lettuce

Can i dry out lettuce in my flake pot to feed to the cichlids? they don't pay any attention to it at the mo... thanks

Ihave never tried to dry lettuce but you could try,I give my malawis spring greens that have be dipped in boiling water for a min then frozen,when thawed the leaf is soft and my fish love it.

youll find that lettuce wont dry naturally,itll just go manky, maybe if you have the oven on the lowest setting you can, slap some lettuce on a tray + try that, but i dont think itll be worth it mate as youll lose any nutritianal value there is + we all know theres not much to start with in lettuce
