how do you intened to seal the two liners together? |
16-10-2005 21:29 by Linda
|
It wouldn't be 6x6 it would be 6x3 |

My liner is 36' square and that only cost £120. Where abouts are you? |
16-10-2005 21:45 by Linda
|
A 6x6 would only give you a pond 2x2x2!? |

im not exactly sure how i was gonna seal the liners together.
how comes it would be 6x3 and not 6x6? how'd you work out that logic?
i live in south london, and you just prove my point with that price tag, £120???
oh and it's in metres as well |

hi newbie yes you can
theres a product easily available thats a sticky quite thick rubber strip. you stick it to one liner and over lap the scecond and heat with an iron it bonds the liners together. but any gap and the pond will leak |

There is a system for joining pond liners specifically designed for larger ponds and those with irregular shapes. I saw Charlie Dimmock using it on a Groudforce programme and it was a strip that is placed between the liners and then heat is applied via an iron
which seals the two parts together, how sucessfully I dont know
Have you searched the web for further info ?? |

This is how
3+3=6
If you had 4 3x3's then it would be 6x6
I live in that area too. |
